What is a Vision Board?

A Vision Board is a collage that represents what you want to manifest in your life.  It is powerful tool, used in conjunction with the laws of attraction, for realizing your dreams and desires. Using intention and images, come play and create your vision board together, reflecting what it is you as a “COUPLE” want to have, be, or do in your lives in 2010. 

 

What can we expect from this workshop?

When you arrive you will be cleared with a smudging technique, of any of the emotional and psychic garbage that may be clinging to you as you arrive. You will be anointed with Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil to help stimulate your creative and intuitive abilities.  Aromatherapy will be diffused throughout the day to amplify emotional fortitude and to help you connect to your goals and dreams. Most importantly you will connect to your partner through an exercise. You will then be led on a guided meditation to ground you and to help you as a couple get clarity before creating your vision board together. In this workshop we will be using the Feng Shui Bagua-map as a guideline to address all areas of your life. Then you will be instructed on how to Activate your Vision Board.

- includes all materials needed. I will provide a foam board, magazines, quotes, and all art supplies. I do encourage you to bring memorable quotes, photos, crystals, and cards/pictures of things that inspire you.  Printing pictures off the Internet can also be helpful.
